Harbhajan Guilty

We all know that we are monkeys .. So why be ashmed .... Let me give justification u why Bhajji is a racist and not a racist as well ......
Against:
As we all know the racism controversy started when Harbhajan touched Bret Lee's butt after being taken off by the latter . We must be foolish to think that the "pat on the butt" was bhajji's appreciative gesture . He was angry .It is known that Lee , Ponting and Symonds are arrogant Jerks ... So Bhajji gave them the taste of their own medicine in a subtle way.... Now Symonds was the one who made an issue out of this when Lee himself wasn't bothered . Unless he wanted to create a big issue out , there was not other reason... "Symonds started it all . He used the word fuck first " says judge John Hansen . If Bhajji was abbused first then he had every right to retaliate .... How would it matter if the abuse was racial abuse(By the way we are all decendants of monkeys . How can talkin about our ancestors be racism) or just a general abuse (Euphemisms do no matter during a fight ). . Sayin this i would like to conclude that Harbhajan is not guilty even if he did abuse Symonds.

Well considering the previous statement of the judge "Symonds started it all . He used the word fuck first " obviously Bhajji would have retaliated .. Ok agreed .. But if symonds was the first one who abused . . why wasn't he fined ?????????? . This means Bhajji really made a racial abuse thus he accepted the fine and walked away clean with neither a racist tag nor a ban .. Who wouldn't justify their mistakes when they know they are right .... who would just accept that they abused whithout mentioning the fact that they were provoked, if they were really not guilty????? The conclusion talks for itself i guess..
